Hi, I’m Jane Messersmith.

I began my mindfulness journey in 2020 during a year of poor health that ultimately ended in surgery to help fix an autoimmune diagnosis of achalasia: dying nerves in my esophagus. This was a pivotal moment in my life where I had to dig really deep to find and recognize the goodness all around me despite the hardship.

While on my journey, I found breathwork and meditation. These modalities helped me heal and brought me back home to my body. I was able to reflect more deeply on my life as time went on and as my personal mindfulness practice grew, I decided to begin teaching others.

I now teach breathwork and meditation in-person and virtually in many settings like corporate wellness days, to athletes in gyms, women’s circles, anyone who has the smallest inkling of wanting to learn.

It is important to me to teach others what I learned over six years ago: that we have the power to change, find the light in our lives, and to find ease where it previously didn’t seem possible.

My Guiding Values

These values are at the center of everything I create, my inspiration for teaching, and my hope for every person who I have the honor of working with. May you find your way to these values too and help make your inner world a better place. When we tend to ourselves with unconditional love and radical empathy, we begin to create a ripple effect on our outer world that can create positively lasting change.

Curiosity

When we finally start to become aware of our inner world, I encourage our practice to be rooted in curiosity. When we approach our own thoughts without judgement, we become kinder to ourselves. As a result, we become kinder to all.

Joy

What if we needed less to feel more? By reconnecting with our truest selves through meditation, we allow our intuition to grow louder. This intuition will guide us to more of what is meant for us: allowing us to experience more joy in this one beautiful and wonderful life by appreciating what’s already present and welcoming in more goodness.

Empowerment

We live in a fast world with a lot of offerings, solutions, products, etc. What if you learned how to tune inward for all the answers that you seek? Now is the time to reconnect to our innate wisdom. Let our true self become the loudest and most confident voice in the room.
